LITIGATION PRACTICE GROUP
MSU’s Litigation Practice Group covers all aspects of real estate, condominium/community association, commercial, landlord-tenant, and zoning and land use law. Our attorneys advise clients on what to expect in litigation and when and how to try and avoid litigation. When litigation is necessary, we will aggressively litigate matters to achieve client goals. We are experienced in trying cases to juries and judges, as well as navigating matters through the appeals process. MSU’s attorneys are admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New York.
