MATTHEW W. JOHNSON

Matthew (Matt) W. Johnson’s primary focus is the firm’s Condominium/Community Association Practice Group, and his secondary focus is Litigation and Real Estate Practice Groups.

Matt has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate with a concentration on representing condominium and community associations including document review and drafting, rules enforcement, and collections on delinquent accounts. Matt has extensive experience with title examinations, title curative actions, closings, and landlord/tenant matters. Matt has litigated matters on behalf of condominium associations, property owners, and lenders/creditors in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.

Matt resides with his family in Hampstead, New Hampshire. There, Matt has served the Zoning Board of Adjustment and currently serves as the chairman of the Recreation Commission. Matt is also a member of, and has served on the Board of Directors for, his local Lion’s Club.
